The small print,
in plain English.
Who can take part, what scores, how winners are picked and how prizes are paid.
Who can take part?
Any BT Local Business seller placing Cloud Threat Protect orders between 1 October and 31 December 2026. LB managers are scored separately in their own tier.
Do I need to sign up?
No. Log your first order on the form and you're in. There's no registration deadline to miss this time.
Which orders qualify?
What counts as a send?
The activation email leaving your own BT Outlook with the tracking address still in the BCC. That BCC copy is the proof. Nothing else is counted, and nobody reads your inbox.
Most points in the month
A named headline prize that changes each month: Apple Watch SE in October, a supercar day for two in November, and in December your choice of a Switch 2 or a £400 hotel break. If two reps tie, the one with more activations takes it.
Second place and the draw
Second on points takes a £125 voucher. The £75 voucher is drawn from everyone with at least one confirmed send, one ticket per point, with 1st and 2nd taken out. Drawn live on the LB call.
Can I win more than once?
Yes. Each month starts fresh, and the fifteen-customer reward is judged across the whole programme, so a monthly winner can take that too. You can't take 1st and the draw in the same month.
How do managers score?
CTP orders for the LB against its own July to September average, so a small LB and a large LB compete on equal terms. £500 a month to the winning manager, as a voucher rather than cash.
The five rules that decide everything
How prizes are paid
Vouchers are emailed the day you're confirmed. Physical prizes are ordered to your home address, collected through a one-question form. Every prize is logged with its value and date.
Customer emails are already shared with TrustLayer for provisioning, so the tracking address adds no new category of data. Held for 12 months, never used for marketing.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Still got a question?
Ask your TrustLayer contact, or raise it on the weekly LB call. Anything about a specific order gets picked up at the Tuesday check.
